THE GROUP
- Design (with numerical analysis and FEM [Finite Element Method] Inspections) and production of Metallic (from ND25 to 7000 mm), Non-Metallic (unlimited dimensions/ND) and rubber (from ND25 to 3800 mm) expansion joints, suitable for temperatures from – 200 °C to over 1.200 °C.
- Industrial piping, which is able to work on Engineering verifications of pipes or big ducts in different discharge conditions (Stress Analysis calculations according to EN-13480, ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3 standards)
- Pipe Clamp, variable and constant spring supports and other accessories, tie rods, piping struts and hydraulic dampers.
- Studying, in the presence of seismic events (according to national standards NTC2018 or international equivalents ASCE), of dynamic components designed to contain occasional loads and vibrations or facilitate the movements on horizonal plans of support bases for equipment, civilian, commercial, and industrial facilities (plant engineering).
The story of BBV Group has its source in the manufacturing and engineering experience of BBV Tech (Alflex) and Steelflex.
In 2015 BBV Tech acquired from Compensatori di dilatazione the company’s branch Alflex, a business reality born in 1978.
In 2017, the group BBV was formally established;
BBV Holding plays a role of direction and supervision of BBV Tech and Steelflex.
From 2020 the company had settled in the UAE with departments and employees in Dubai, from which manages the Middle East markets.
